Winkler and Associates is a consultant firm assisting companies and individuals in the financing, development, and sales of commercial real estate. In addition, Mr. Winkler has individually purchased, developed, financed, and sold all types of commercial properties. He also owns SouthWorth Title Company located in Southaven, MS.

Frank Piccara, Mr. Piccara is in charge of all development planning and coordination of construction. Mr. Piccara has experience of over 35 years in all aspects of real estate development, His projects cover a large portion of the US.
